I ordered a new kitchen on April 6, 2011 to be delivered approximately, May 13. When I called on Monday, May 9, to learn the status of the delivery, I was given no answer. I was told that Gene would call me early on Tuesday morning. I could tell something was not right by the response of the salesperson, Michelle. So, I proceeded to call KraftMaid Kitchens myself. A nice young woman confirmed there was no such order. Tuesday morning came and went, and I never received a call from Gene. So, I called Home Depot at around 4:00 PM. I was told Gene was out for lunch (mind you it was after 4:00 PM). He eventually called me back at after 5:00 PM; he told there was a glitch in the order, and I would have to wait until June 6th or later. It was all a pure lie. The order was never put in, as confirmed by KraftMaid.
